Hello, I’m Debbie McAvilley, a qualified and experienced Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.  At Back on Track Hypnotherapy I offer a friendly, supportive and personalised approach to help you to make positive changes

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is based on neuroscience and can be a very effective way to re-evaluate your thoughts, actions and behaviour

√  For most issues you don’t even have to re-visit past events or the history of the issue; we will work on how you currently feel and how we can move towards how you want to feel.

√  I can tailor my sessions to meet my clients needs, and to address individual issues.

√  I specialise in working with anxiety and phobias, but am more than happy to work with most issues.

√  I am now able to offer face to face appointments at my lovely therapy space in beautiful, historic Arundel. I am also offering online sessions and I can also visit you at home, within a 20 mile radius of Littlehampton.

Public Speaking

Debbie's expertise in hypnotherapy truly helped me find relief from my cracked ribs.  Not only did I feel inredibly relaxed during the sessions, but she also took the time to explain how my brain was responding to the injury - it was a game changer!  I finally understood the mind-body connection and felt empowered to take control.  10/10 would recommend Debbie for anyone seeking pain relief - I will definitely be back if I need help in the future!
