Confidence and Self-Esteem aren’t quite the same thing. Your self-esteem relates to how you value yourself, and tends to fluctuate as a result of interactions with other people and your life experiences. Stressful life events such as bullying, loss or financial issues can impact our self-esteem. Individuals with low self-esteem can feel unhappy with themselves and may have negative self-thoughts.
Your self-confidence is more about your belief in yourself and your abilities. Low self-confidence is likely to be how somebody negatively views their ability in a specific area. Most of us need a confidence boost at some stage…it may be for work presentations…a job interview…a wedding speech…
I will help to reduce the negative self-talk, often anxiety-rooted, and focus on greater positivity, building your inner confidence.
