Self-esteem and self-confidence are similar, but not quite the same. Your self-esteem relates to how you value yourself, and tends to fluctuate as a result of interactions with other people and your life experiences. Stressful life events such as bullying, loss or financial issues can impact our self-esteem. Individuals with low self-esteem can feel unhappy with themselves and may have negative self-thoughts.

Your self-confidence is more about your belief in yourself and your abilities. Low self-confidence is likely to be how somebody negatively views their ability in a specific area. Most of us need a confidence boost at some stage…it may be for work presentations…a job interview…a wedding speech…
I will help to reduce the negative self-talk, often anxiety-rooted, and focus on greater positivity and building your inner confidence.
Client Testimonial
“I had hypnotherapy sessions with Debbie to help me with confidence and self-esteem. She was professional throughout, explaining how the relevant parts of the brain work and what to expect in each session. I found her voice calming and very easy to listen to. The scenarios she chose to work with were joyful and uplifting. I now feel more positive and able to engage with others“. DC, West Sussex
