For many of us, the thought of standing up and delivering a speech or presentation can trigger emotions ranging from nervousness to sheer terror, sleepless nights and feelings of dread. The official term is “Glossophobia” and you are far from alone.

So, whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime wedding speech…a presentation to work colleagues and bosses…or having to address groups of people….I can use my solution focused approach and techniques to help to calm your limbic system and anxiety and reframe your fear, while increasing your confidence and self-belief.  I will also pass on some confidence tips.
